Yoga + Food
Back in November I attended a symposium at Triyoga Camden about yoga and food. This is a topic that I’m particularly interested in given I suffered from eating disorders for about 10 years. Although I’m feeling way better now, I consider myself in a perpetual recovery process - I’ve learned how to live with it and to avoid putting myself in situations that trigger my anxiety.
